We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented, and service\-driven Front Desk Receptionist / Assistant to perform daily front\-desk operations, ensure an exceptional client experience, and support the smooth workflow of the team. The ideal candidate demonstrates strong communication skills, multitasking abilities, and a proactive approach to problem\-solving in a fast\-paced beauty and wellness environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all front\-desk activities, including scheduling, check\-ins, check\-outs, payments, and appointment confirmations.
- Ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and rescheduling requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Coordinate communication between clients, technicians, and management to maintain smooth daily operations.
- Monitor appointment software and ensure schedules are optimized and error\-free.
- Maintain accurate client records, deposits, and financial transactions.
- Assist management in training new employees and implementing front\-desk procedures.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Support marketing efforts such as promotions, client follow\-ups, and online reputation management (Google/Instagram reviews).
- Prior experience in front\-desk management, customer service, or hospitality (preferably in spa, salon, or medical office settings).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in scheduling and POS systems .
- Professional appearance and positive, team\-oriented attitude.
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and diplomatically.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Experience in the beauty, wellness, or hospitality industry.
- Familiarity with deposit, cancellation, and client\-preference systems.
