Responsibilities
- Manage front desk duties, greeting visitors and directing calls with professionalism and warmth
- Operate phone systems, handle inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Maintain organized filing systems, data entry, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Oversee calendar management, scheduling appointments, meetings, and events effectively
- Create engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn to boost brand visibility
- Monitor social media channels for comments and messages; respond promptly to foster community engagement
- Support office management tasks including bookkeeping with QuickBooks, managing office supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Assist with personal or executive support tasks as needed, demonstrating strong organizational skills and discretion
- Preferred office experience or administrative background with proven clerical skills
- Hands\-on experience with social media management tools and content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar bookkeeping software is highly desirable
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
- Excellent phone etiquette, time management, and attention to detail in proofreading and data entry tasks
