Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Assistant to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales specialist at the model home, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service while helping to support home sales. This position requires strong communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Responsibilities
- Assist the sales specialist in greeting guests and answering questions
- Help keep the model and neighborhood signage neat
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Help prepare sales brochures and marketing collateral
- Tour clients through the model home and inventory homes
- Manage administrative tasks related to sales activities, including data entry
- Participate in outside sales activities as needed, representing the company at events or meetings.
- This is part time, 3 days a week, with a weekend day required .
- Experience in sales is helpful, new home or other
- Friendly and courteous
- Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to client satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast\-paced environment.
- Ability to read blueprints or learn to read them will be helpful
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and decision\-making.
