Assistant Office Manager

Full\-Time \| Growth\-Oriented Role

We are looking for an Assistant Manager who is detail\-oriented, confident, and eager to grow with us long\-term.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, takes ownership of their work, and thrives in a fast\-paced environment.

### Key Responsibilities

Financial \& Administrative Operations

  • Create, send, and track invoices using
  • QuickBooks

  • Assist with basic financial reporting, job costing, and expense tracking
  • Perform accurate
  • data entry for jobs, customers, and payments

  • Maintain organized digital and physical records
  • Support accounting workflows;
  • accounting experience preferred

    LMN System Management

  • Manage jobs, budgets, and schedules within the
  • LMN system

  • Assist with route planning and optimization
  • Update job notes, production data, and internal documentation
  • Ensure field crews and management have accurate, up\-to\-date information
  • Office \& Business Support

  • Support day\-to\-day office operations and workflow organization
  • Use
  • critical thinking to identify issues and recommend solutions

  • Make confident decisions within assigned authority
  • Assist ownership and management with special projects as needed
  • Marketing \& Brand Support

  • Assist with marketing efforts, including:
  • Organizing and posting project photos/videos
  • Helping visually showcase our
  • premium work

  • Supporting social media or website updates (experience a plus)
  • Maintain consistency with company branding and professionalism
  • Team \& Culture

  • Be a
  • friendly, flexible team player

  • Willing to help with a wide range of tasks that come with a small business
  • Communicate clearly with team members, vendors, and customers
  • Maintain a positive, solutions\-focused attitude
  • ### Qualifications

  • Experience with
  • QuickBooks (required)

  • Experience with
  • LMN software (preferred but willing to train the right candidate)

  • Strong
  • attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Solid
  • critical thinking and problem\-solving abilities

  • Confidence in decision\-making
  • Accounting or bookkeeping background is a plus
  • Marketing or content creation experience is a plus
  • Comfortable learning new systems and processes
