Position Summary:
The Senior Analyst, Meetings, serves within the Enterprise Corporate Events team, a division of Marketing dedicated to creating and executing innovative brand experiences that support business growth, customer retention, and alignment with corporate objectives. This role is responsible for managing meetings, tradeshows, and sponsorships within the Center of Excellence.
Working under general supervision, this individual partners with corporate events colleagues and business stakeholders to design and implement results‑driven programs and strategic initiatives that deliver best‑in‑class events and exceptional experiences for key audiences.
The Senior Analyst applies in‑depth expertise in corporate events to inform decision‑making, contribute to innovation strategies, and ensure consistency and excellence across all projects, enhancing both organizational visibility and overall program effectiveness.
Job Description:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and management of in‑person and virtual meetings, tradeshows, and sponsorships in alignment with internal business objectives.
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to define event strategies, establish objectives and timelines, and provide clear and consistent communication regarding project status and updates.
- Develop, manage, and monitor event budgets, and maintain comprehensive event tracking within Cvent, the organization’s event management platform.
- Identify and evaluate innovative event solutions, venues, activations, and entertainment options that align with program goals and budget parameters.
- Cultivate and maintain strong internal business partner relationships by delivering exceptional service and ensuring successful event outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, including Legal, IT, HR, and Marketing, to support event planning requirements and address operational needs.
- Partner with Procurement to support the development and execution of legal agreements, including contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), and Letters of Agreement (LOAs).
- Demonstrate consistent excellence in the execution of assigned projects and all associated elements.
- Demonstrate strong technical proficiency, working within various systems to support payment processing, asset tracking, program approvals, reporting, and data entry.
- Contribute effectively to the team by communicating process and policy updates, addressing inquiries, and providing guidance on solutions.
- Provide comprehensive support to fellow corporate events team members across projects of varying scope and complexity
- Demonstrate flexibility by effectively learning and supporting multiple business lines.
- Provide operational support across workflows, including process form updates and data analytics, as needed.
- Collaborate with the Corporate Meetings \& Events team to manage assigned events from inception to completion or support specific components, including venue sourcing, pre‑event planning, project management, registration, budget oversight, onsite execution, reconciliation, billing accuracy, and meeting closeout.
- Manage multiple—and at times complex—project timelines in a highly collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
- Partner with external agencies and vendors and work closely with cross‑functional internal teams such as Creative Services and Marketing Operations to develop and execute event programs.
- Provide onsite support to ensure effective implementation of meetings and events.
- Ensure adherence to compliance policies and procedures, completing all required approvals and documentation.
- Deliver operational tasks and requirements within agreed‑upon timelines in alignment with stakeholder expectations.
- Stay current on industry trends in event management and apply relevant insights to enhance program design.
- Possesses strong business‑driving capabilities, including analytical strength, organizational and planning expertise, and solution‑oriented decision‑making.
- Demonstrates focus and discipline with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks.
- Communicates, presents, and influences effectively and credibly at all levels of the enterprise.
- Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibits strong competency in adhering to processes, understanding policy, and ensuring operational effectiveness.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintains a strong understanding of meeting and event technologies
- Minimum 3\-5 years of meeting management with internal and external customers.
- Cvent expertise (RFP, website development, overall management, communications, reporting)
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred
- CMP certificate, preferred

The typical pay range for this role is:
$46,988\.00 \- $122,400\.00
This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full\-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short\-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
