I’m a small business owner looking for a reliable, organized part\-time assistant to help with both business operations and personal organization.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys creating order, managing details, and helping keep things running smoothly. The work is varied, practical, and flexible.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing messages, follow\-ups, and scheduling
- Creating and maintaining checklists and simple systems
- Organizing documents and helping prepare information for an accountant
- Helping organize spaces (home, garage, storage areas)
- Coordinating with vendors or service providers
- Updating online information and basic admin tasks
- 15 \- 20 hours per week to start
- Very flexible hours
- Mix of remote work and occasional local, hands\-on tasks
- Occasional responsiveness outside typical business hours is helpful but not required
- Training provided
- $25/hour to start, with room to grow as responsibilities expand
