Overview

Join our 'Start\-up' as a PT, Small Business Assistant where your marketing and administrative experience and proactive attitude will help us meet our needs. This position requires previous administrative asst. experience, maintaining daily operations, and creating marketing channels. Duties

  • Manage calendar appointments, meetings, and deadlines using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace tools to ensure smooth scheduling.
  • Assist with strategic marketing schedules, networking events, or promotional activities.
  • Handle bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Maintain and create e\-mail blasts, proofread documents, and respond to inquiries.
  • Post and edit info. on social media
  • Experience

  • Prior administrative experience in an office setting or personal assistant role is highly preferred.
  • Digital Marketing experience via various platforms.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Google Workspace applications and Canva, preferred.
  • Experience with bookkeeping software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms is a strong plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal (phone etiquette) and written—are essential for effective customer service and professional correspondence.
  • Familiarity with project coordination, data entry, proofreading, filing systems and digital marketing mgmt.
  • Ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail is crucial for this role.
