Executive Assistant for Sports Memorabilia Company (North Phoenix)
Auction of Champions – Executive Assistant
Position reports to Owners \| Part\-Time or Full\-Time Permanent Position \| Monday–Friday, 9:00 am – 2:00 pm minimum. $20/Hour
We are a rapidly growing, fast\-paced sports memorabilia company seeking an adaptable, detail\-oriented Executive Assistant. Candidate must be flexible with daily duties as responsibilities may shift based on business needs. This is a hands\-on role supporting multiple areas of our operation.
Applicant Requirements
- Must understand and be able to handle a wide variety of tasks, switching priorities quickly.
- Must be able to communicate clearly, stay organized, and take initiative without constant supervision.
- Ability to read, adjust, and respond to business correspondence, order information, and operational needs.
- General administrative support to owners.
- Oversight of emails, scheduling, customer communications, and internal follow\-ups.
- Assist with order processing, shipping coordination, and inventory documentation (training provided).
- Manage daily office tasks such as filing, supply ordering, record updates, and data entry.
- Occasional errands
- Handle incoming calls, vendor communication, and customer service.
- Outgoing calls to vendors and customers
- Help with events, trade shows, and on\-site product organization when required.
- All candidates must pass E\-Verify.
- Proactive, dependable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator.
- Resourceful problem\-solver who can pivot quickly and work independently.
- Tech\-savvy (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and comfortable learning new software).
- Team player with a can\-do attitude
- Knowledge and passion for sports or collectibles is a plus!
- Paid bi\-weekly
- Accrued sick time after 90 days employment

Position Details
This role requires someone who is adaptable, organized, and comfortable wearing many hats. Candidates must be proficient in basic office software (Office365, Google Workspace) and willing to learn company systems. Non\-Smoking Office.
