We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for Data Entry and bill paying utilizing QuickBooks software and have a background in Accounting or Insurance Plan administration.
This role is a hybrid partial work from home role once job duties and routines are identified.
Key Responsibilities:
* Email Communication Management: Assist owner\-operators by monitoring email communication and ensuring timely and accurate follow\-up.
* Financial Administration: Utilize Microsoft Office tools to pay bills, Quick books or similar platform to provide necessary financial information to accountants, and check in cash deposits for restaurants.
* Insurance Management: Utilize excel spreadsheets to notify employees of insurance eligibility and assist with enrollment, keep up to date with terminated employees, assist with 401K administration.
* Customer Service: Handle customer complaints, answer calls with the goal of recovering customers, and mail out apology letters with coupons for replacement food.
* Labor Reporting: Report monthly Current Employment Statistics (CES) and quarterly Multiple Work Place Reports to the Department of Labor.
* Community Engagement: Organize and participate in community service initiatives, including donations, fundraisers, and career days.
* Administrative Support: Assist restaurant leadership with reporting needs and manage employee uniforms and apparel.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a fast\-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with QuickBooks or accounting software is required
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Knowledge of 401K administration and insurance processes is a plus
