Duties Prepare and review individual, partnership, corporate, and small business tax returns using specialized tax preparation software. Ensure all tax documents are accurate, complete, and submitted in compliance with federal and state regulations. Analyze financial data and documents to identify deductions, credits, and other tax\-saving opportunities. Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and explain complex tax concepts clearly. Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance and optimize client outcomes. Assist clients with tax planning strategies for future financial growth and compliance. Support client acquisition efforts through marketing initiatives and building strong relationships. Requirements Proven experience in tax preparation, preferably with a background in public accounting or corporate accounting. Strong knowledge of tax law, tax reporting requirements, and compliance standards. Proficiency with tax preparation software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or similar platforms. Familiarity with accounting software and financial concepts including bookkeeping, analysis skills, and technical accounting principles. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients. Strong math skills along with proficiency in 10\-key typing for efficient data entry. Experience working with various types of tax documents for individual, partnership, and corporate taxes. Ability to work independently while managing multiple deadlines effectively.
