Payroll Budgeting Lead

Job Overview As a Payroll Budgeting, you’ll support accurate payroll operations and budgeting by maintaining payroll records and coordinating information across payroll and field supervisors. You’ll help keep payroll and accounting records organized and confidential. Main function will be to track all labor expenses from production and customer service aspects. Will be the lead of a 2 person department. This is a in person/in office position. No Remote work available. Responsibilities Process payroll data and perform accurate data entry. Support payroll budgeting. Use spreadsheets daily and accounting software. Handle confidential information carefully and help maintain compliance. Your impact: Accurate payroll and reconciliations help employees receive dependable payroll support and give reliable information for budgeting. Generate weekly reports. Submit sales orders and identify billable items. Record keeping. Will oversee budgeting department. Experience Basic accounting experience, including payroll processing. Bilingual Spanish/English Bring strong analysis skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with payroll systems that are technically supported. Hyphen Solutions Supply Pro is preferred.
