The Department of Transitional Assistance (DTA) is seeking a Child Nutrition Coordinator to support the SUN Bucks program. The ideal candidate will provide customer service to recipients and school administrators, maintain accurate records, review data, support outreach efforts, and help improve program processes and communications. Experience with SNAP or child nutrition programs is preferred. Key Responsibilities Provide customer service, case maintenance, and troubleshooting for SUN Bucks recipients. Collaborate with schools and internal teams to address eligibility questions and meet program deliverables. Develop outreach strategies and build partnerships with schools and community stakeholders. Run reports and review data for accuracy and program effectiveness. Assist with outreach materials, communications, meetings, and presentations. Support policy and procedure initiatives with federal, state, and private agencies. Manage multiple projects, adapt to changing priorities, and meet deadlines. Apply an equity and inclusion lens to policies, processes, and outreach. Provide team leadership and supervisory support as needed. Represent the Department in Fair Hearings Required Qualifications Strong customer service, organizational, communication, and record\-keeping skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize competing deadlines. Strong problem\-solving, troubleshooting, and data analysis skills. Ability to handle confidential information and exercise sound judgment. Ability to interpret and explain policies, regulations, and procedures. Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneNote, and collaborative technology. Knowledge of SNAP processing and troubleshooting is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to track projects accurately. Preferred Qualifications Experience with food insecurity or nutrition assistance programs. Experience working on remote or hybrid teams. Knowledge of DTA offices and project monitoring. Strong written communication and data analysis skills. Proficiency in languages other than English.
