What do you find most different about teaching online compared with teaching in a physical classroom? During class, a website or interactive activity you planned to use will not load. What do you do without stopping the lesson? A learner asks you a subject\-area question during class and you are not confident that you know the correct answer. What exactly would you say and do? While preparing for class, you notice something in the lesson materials that you believe may be inaccurate. What would you do before teaching it? List the Middle and High School subjects you could confidently teach tomorrow with minimal preparation. Please do not include subjects you could teach only after significant research. For each subject you listed, briefly explain what experience, education, or professional background qualifies you to teach it. How many hours of availability can you consistently provide between 9 AM and 9 PM Eastern each week? Please include the days and approximate time blocks you are generally available. Give an example of a time you received corrective feedback at work. What was the feedback, and what changed afterward? Have you personally taught on Outschool.com before? For this question, I am asking only about experience teaching specifically on the Outschool platform, not experience with Zoom, virtual schools, other online teaching platforms, private tutoring, or general online education. Please type the option that applies: Yes, I have taught on Outschool as an independent educator Yes, I have taught on Outschool as an educator for an organization Yes, I have taught on Outschool in both capacities No, I have never taught on Outschool If yes, please briefly explain when you taught on Outschool, in what capacity, and what types of classes you taught.
