About Integrity Landscape Management Integrity Landscape Management supports a growing group of operating companies serving commercial and institutional clients across the San Francisco Bay Area. Our Enterprise Systems \& Technology team connects business operations, systems, BI, and process discipline so teams can scale with clearer workflows, stronger controls, and better information. About the Role Integrity Landscape Management is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to join our Enterprise Systems \& Technology team. This hands\-on role sits at the intersection of business operations, enterprise systems, process improvement, and implementation. You will help ensure recurring operational processes are clearly defined, documented, coordinated, and completed consistently across our operating companies. The work includes ERP\-enabled workflows, billing and month\-end readiness, implementation support, documentation, training, issue follow\-up, and business changes such as new contracts and integrations. We are looking for someone who can take a business objective, organize the work, coordinate the people involved, work comfortably within ERP and business systems, track open items, and follow through until completion. What You'll Do · Own and coordinate assigned recurring business processes, including deadlines, handoffs, exceptions, controls, and completion. · Gather business requirements and translate them into practical workflows, ownership structures, documentation, and implementation steps. · Coordinate operational workflows within ERP and other business applications, including contracts, properties, recurring services, work tickets, billing readiness, payroll preparation, month\-end activities, and related processes. · Support system and process implementations through requirements gathering, testing/UAT, rollout, training, issue tracking, stabilization, and follow\-up. · Create and maintain SOPs, checklists, process maps, ownership records, implementation trackers, recurring calendars, and training materials. · Identify incomplete, inaccurate, or overdue items; organize owners and next steps and follow through until resolution. · Work cross\-functionally with Operations, Finance, branch teams, managers, and other business functions across multiple operating companies. · Coordinate assigned operational work performed by supporting Data Associates, including priorities, deadlines, handoffs, and follow\-up. · Provide hands\-on operational support when needed to maintain continuity, resolve bottlenecks, or meet critical deadlines. · Support new contracts, branch changes, acquisitions, integrations, and other business changes through structured implementation and follow\-through. · Identify opportunities to improve, standardize, simplify, or automate recurring business processes. · Partner with reporting and analytics resources to improve the quality, consistency, and readiness of operational data used for recurring reporting and decision\-making. What We're Looking For · 5\+ years of experience in business operations, business systems support, process ownership, implementation/project coordination, or a similar cross\-functional role. · Strong ownership and follow\-through; able to move work from assignment through completion without constant direction. · Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines, stakeholders, handoffs, recurring cycles, and open items. · Comfortable learning and working within ERP systems and other business applications. · Ability to create clear, practical SOPs, checklists, process maps, documentation, and training materials. · Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfort working with both field\-based and corporate teams. · Strong Excel and general data literacy, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, filtering, reconciliation, and recurring operational files. · Ability to work independently once objectives, priorities, and boundaries have been established. · Ability to work periodically from the Richmond office and other Bay Area company locations as business needs require. Preferred Experience · Field services, landscaping, facilities, construction services, property services, logistics, or another multi\-location service organization. · ERP or business systems experience; Aspire experience is a plus. · System implementations, UAT/testing, training, or rollout activities. · Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, or similar business tools. · Multi\-company or multi\-branch operating environments. Who Will Succeed in This Role This role is well suited for a systems\-comfortable operator: someone who understands business operations, learns technology quickly, brings structure to processes that are not always perfectly documented, and follows through across multiple stakeholders. You should be comfortable moving between process design and practical execution \- documenting a workflow one day, supporting testing or training the next, and helping resolve an operational exception when a deadline is approaching. This is not primarily an administrative assistant, IT help desk, software engineering, BI/dashboard development, or strategy\-only role. Success requires both coordination and execution: organizing the work, maintaining the process, following through on open items, and helping ensure the operation closes the loop. What Success Looks Like · Recurring processes have clear owners, deadlines, documentation, and controls. · Open items and exceptions are surfaced early and followed through to closure. · System and process changes move through testing, rollout, training, and stabilization in a structured way. · Cross\-functional teams have clearer handoffs and fewer missed steps. · Business data is more complete and reliable at billing, payroll, and month\-end deadlines. Why Join Us This is an opportunity to join a growing organization and help build the operational foundation that supports its next stage of scale. You will work closely with the Director of Enterprise Systems \& Technology across multiple companies and functions, with direct exposure to business operations, enterprise systems, process improvement, and implementation. The role offers meaningful ownership, broad organizational visibility, and the opportunity to make a measurable impact on how our teams operate. Integrity Landscape Management is an equal opportunity employer. We consider qualified applicants without regard to legally protected characteristics. Pay: $80,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in Richmond, CA 94801
