(Minimum 9 hours per semester). Percentage Of Time 50 Responsibility / Duty Student Consultation \& Office Hours: Maintain regular office hours to support candidates and collaborate with faculty colleagues. Percentage Of Time 10 Responsibility / Duty Academic Advising \& Residency Coordination: Serve as a faculty advisor to teacher candidates and as a university coordinator for candidates completing residency. Percentage Of Time 10 Responsibility / Duty Departmental \& Administrative Operations: Respond appropriately to administrative, departmental, and candidate needs; collaborate across university and departmental committees. Percentage Of Time 10 Responsibility / Duty Accreditation, Data Collection \& Reporting: Serve as a liaison with specialized professional associations. Work with Assessment and CAEP Coordinators to ensure seamless alignment of courses, rubrics, and key assignments with CAEP, state, and specialized professional standards, and assist with reporting and on\-site visits. Percentage Of Time 10 Responsibility / Duty Teaching, Scholarship \& Service: Effectively engage in teaching, scholarship, and service (i.e., assessment, advisement, collaborative work in P\-12 schools, etc.). Percentage Of Time 5 Responsibility / Duty Learning Environment \& Engagement: Create and maintain a working environment conducive to excellence in teaching and learning. Percentage Of Time 5 Posting Detail Information Minimum Experience Required Experience as a K\-12 Educational School leader in a public school setting. Minimum Education Required Terminal degree or ABD in Educational Leadership (School Leadership) preferred. Enrollment in an Educational Leadership doctoral program accepted. Minimum Licenses Required Other Minimum Requirements Ability to promote candidate development of the skills, knowledge, and attitudes expected of graduates in the Educational Leadership Program. Mindful of goals and practices in the reform of leadership at all levels. Ability to forecast and prioritize time to plan effectively. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Test(s) Required Preferred Education Preferred Experience Experience as a K\-12 Educational School leader in a public school setting. Experience with assessment and/or school improvement at the K\-12 level. Experience with university accreditation related to graduate\-level Educational Leadership. Pursues an advanced level of knowledge and pedagogy in Educational Leadership or related field (i.e., scholarship, leadership in professional associations, service, and/or publications). Experience with Canvas or other learning management systems (LMS) and Watermark or other assessment platforms for data entry and tracking.
