A busy sales team needs someone who keeps the details moving. The calendar is organized. The report is ready. Customer information is accurate. A meeting ends—and someone makes sure the next steps actually happen. That someone could be you. Floor Daddy is looking for an in\-office Administrative Assistant working directly with our Sales Manager to keep daily priorities organized, support our Design Consultants, and help our sales operation run smoothly. For this role, that means bringing care and energy to the work behind the scenes—so our Sales Manager and Design Consultants have the information, organization, and support they need to deliver. YOUR MISSION Keep our Sales Manager organized, our sales team supported, and important details moving from conversation to completion. This is an office\-based administrative support role with daily interaction across sales, customer service, and operations. You’ll help turn priorities into clear tasks, maintain reliable records, and make sure the right people know what needs to happen next. WHAT YOU’LL OWN Keep the Sales Manager Organized Maintain calendars and coordinate meetings, interviews, training sessions, and other sales\-related activities. Help organize daily priorities, upcoming deadlines, and outstanding requests. Prepare meeting agendas, gather supporting information, and capture useful notes. Track action items and follow up with the people responsible. Draft routine correspondence and prepare documents for review. Flag scheduling conflicts, missing information, and time\-sensitive issues early. When the Sales Manager asks where something stands, you help make the answer easy to find. Support Our Design Consultants Help Design Consultants access current forms, sales materials, customer details, and appointment information. Coordinate scheduling updates with the appointment\-setting team. Gather missing information and route questions to the appropriate person. Organize sales meeting materials, training resources, and team announcements. Track administrative requests so they receive a timely response. Help keep the sales team informed when processes, priorities, or materials change. Keep Our CRM and Records Accurate Maintain customer records, appointment details, notes, and assigned follow\-up tasks. Review records for missing information, duplicate entries, and outdated statuses. Help ensure appointment outcomes and next steps are documented. Organize digital files so proposals, agreements, and related documents are easy to locate. Handle customer, employee, and business information with discretion. Follow established procedures for data entry and recordkeeping. Accurate information helps the whole team make better decisions. Your attention to detail matters. Prepare Reports and Track Follow\-Through Compile routine sales activity reports using company systems and spreadsheets. Track appointments, recorded outcomes, outstanding proposals, and follow\-up activity. Gather updates from team members ahead of sales meetings. Check reports for missing or inconsistent information before sharing them. Bring overdue tasks and unresolved items to the Sales Manager’s attention. Maintain clear trackers for assigned projects and team priorities. You don’t need to make every decision. You do need to help leadership see what needs attention. Keep Sales Paperwork Moving Review submitted paperwork for administrative completeness. Check that required documents, signatures, and project details are included. Coordinate corrections or missing information with the appropriate team member. Prepare documents using approved templates and instructions. Help organize the handoff of sold projects to operations and installation coordination. Route pricing questions, exceptions, and approval requests to the Sales Manager. Communicate Clearly and Professionally Answer and route calls, emails, and internal requests as assigned. Assist customers with routine questions and connect them with the right person. Communicate scheduling updates and administrative next steps accurately. Document commitments and follow through on promised updates. Keep the Sales Manager informed about concerns that need leadership attention. Represent Floor Daddy with warmth, professionalism, and respect. Help the Office Stay Ready Maintain organized sales materials, office supplies, and shared resources. Help prepare for team meetings, training sessions, and new team member arrivals. Coordinate onboarding paperwork and access requests with the responsible departments. Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and other daily administrative needs. Identify practical ways to reduce missed steps, duplicate work, and confusion. Take on related administrative projects as business priorities evolve. Experience That Will Help You Stand Out Administrative assistance, sales support, or office coordination. Working directly with a sales manager or another business leader. Maintaining CRM records and tracking customer follow\-up. Preparing spreadsheets, reports, and meeting materials. Coordinating paperwork and handoffs between departments. Flooring, remodeling, construction, or other home\-services experience. Familiarity with GoHighLevel, RFMS, or similar CRM and business\-management systems.
