WORK MODEL: REMOTE Summary This role supports customer order fulfillment, transportation activities, and logistics operations to support timely and accurate product delivery. Essential Functions Order \& Transportation Coordination Receive, process, and monitor customer orders, reviewing for accuracy and communicating requirements and updates to appropriate teams Coordinate carrier communications, ready loads, pickups, deliveries, and shipment status to support on\-time performance Maintain paper machine backlog integrity and monitor customer delivery activity to proactively address issues Support shipment forecasting, Shipment Activity Management (SAM) audits, and inbound and outbound shipment planning Logistics \& Inventory Support Coordinate finished goods inventory movements, including inbound and outbound shuttles to offsite and overflow warehouses Support inbound and outbound rail activities, including rail car supply and yard congestion management Maintain accurate order, shipment, inventory, and transportation information in applicable systems Support facility paper machine, rewinder, and run schedule coordination and apply knowledge of paper grades to facilitate product movement Operational \& Cross\-Functional Support Coordinate communication among Scheduling, Logistics, Planning, Manufacturing, Finishing, Shipping, Customer Service, and warehouse teams Communicate with carriers and internal teams to resolve scheduling, shipment, and delivery issues and escalate issues affecting service or production Participate in facility safety initiatives, department goals, and continuous improvement activities Other duties as assigned Requirements High school diploma/GED required 5\+ years of transportation, customer service, or related manufacturing experience Understanding of manufacturing processes, scheduling requirements, product knowledge, and truck utilization to support customer needs Physical Demands \& Work Environment Work primarily in an office environment with extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, repetitive hand and arm movements, and periodic standing, walking, and movement throughout office and meeting areas Entry into manufacturing, warehouse, or operational areas requires compliance with safety procedures and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including eye and hearing protection, hard hat, and steel\-toed footwear * Occasional physical activities such as lifting, carrying, bending, reaching, walking on uneven surfaces, or moving materials, as required by the role Total Rewards Details We prioritize an exceptional workplace experience, offering a comprehensive total reward package.
