This role offers complete schedule flexibility and autonomy to manage a full\-time caseload (20 or more confirmed sessions per week) while delivering high\-quality, compassionate clinical care from home. Compensation \& Benefits Fee\-for\-Service Pay Structure: Starting at $50\.00 per hour for all completed sessions, as well as late cancellations and no\-shows. Bi\-Weekly Admin Bonus: Additional bonus per pay period based on total completed/no\-show/late cancellation hours: 1–5 hours: $50 6–19 hours: $100 20–29 hours: $200 30–39 hours: $300 40\+ hours: $400 Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 1 hour of PTO for every 30 hours worked.
