Duties Engage with prospective tenants through phone calls, emails, and in\-person visits to promote available properties and generate leasing interest Conduct property tours, highlighting features and benefits to build client rapport and facilitate decision\-making Negotiate lease terms and rental offers confidently while ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards Manage real estate transactions from initial inquiry to deal closing, including application processing, background checks, and lease signing Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow up with prospects, and maintain organized client records Collaborate with management and sales teams to develop targeted marketing strategies that attract new tenants and increase occupancy rates Stay informed on industry trends, local market analysis, and competitive offerings to effectively position properties and negotiate favorable deals Skills Strong negotiation skills coupled with excellent communication abilities to build trust and close deals effectively Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) for administrative tasks and reporting Experience with sales technology adoption and managing real estate administrative processes efficiently Multilingual or bilingual capabilities preferred to serve diverse client populations effectively Deep understanding of the residential real estate market analysis and current industry trends Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on practicing ethical real estate practices and fostering long\-term client relationships Organizational skills necessary for managing multiple transactions simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of fair housing regulations to ensure compliant leasing practices Ability to adapt quickly to new sales tools or CRM systems supported by technical teams Embark on a rewarding career path where your enthusiasm for real estate meets your talent for building client relationships!
