Role Summary Responsible for executing and supporting the firm's Customer Identification Program (CIP) and related due diligence activities. Reviews customer information and documentation, performs identity verification and screening, resolves exceptions, and helps ensure compliance with applicable AML, sanctions, and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities Reviews and validates customer identification documentation and information for new and existing clients in accordance with CIP requirements. Performs identity verification, screening, and due diligence activities, escalating higher\-risk or complex matters as appropriate. Researches and resolves CIP exceptions, documentation deficiencies, and onboarding issues. Partners with internal stakeholders to obtain required information and support timely account onboarding and maintenance. Maintains accurate records and documentation to support compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Monitors CIP\-related workflows and reports to ensure reviews are completed within established timelines. Assists with the development and maintenance of procedures and supports process improvement initiatives. Adheres to established policies and procedures and may provide guidance to less experienced team members. Develops an understanding of firm products, client types, and applicable regulations to support effective execution of customer identification activities. Qualifications Required: Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience. 2\+ years of total relevant work experience. Attention to detail and ability to follow defined procedures in a highly regulated environment. Preferred: Familiarity with customer on\-boarding processes within a financial services setting. Experience verifying and processing data in enterprise systems/databases (ex: LexisNexis, Salesforce, DST, TA Hub, or similar systems). General operations experience within a Compliance, Legal, or similar discipline. Basic knowledge of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations. Basic knowledge of T Rowe Price’s product suite. FINRA Requirements FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role. Work Flexibility This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home. Base Salary Ranges Please review the job posting for the location of this specific opportunity. $59,000\.00 \- $94,500\.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers $61,000\.00 \- $104,000\.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C. $69,500\.00 \- $118,000\.00 for the location of: New York, California Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
