WHO WE ARE Amen Real Estate is a high\-producing Sacramento real estate team affiliated with Real Broker. We run a fast\-paced, results\-driven operation with a tight\-knit team, strong systems, and a culture built on accountability and growth. We also lead SOAR, a real estate coaching community for agents across the country. This is a rare in\-office role at the heart of our operation. You will work directly alongside our two team owners — CEO Jim Amen and CMO Megan Blackwell — and be the operational backbone of everything we do. THE ROLE This is three roles in one: Listing Coordinator, Office Manager, and Executive Assistant. You own the listings, run the office, and support leadership directly. WHAT YOU'LL DO Listing Coordination \- Input and manage listings in Metrolist and CRMLS from pre\-list to close \- Ensure every listing has a lockbox, contractor box, flyer box, and signage \- Send weekly eAlerts for each active listing \- Manage listing agreements, seller disclosures, and market analytics reports for sellers \- Coordinate sign installs, open houses, broker opens, and field visits \- Support the Transaction Coordinator and step in for TC overages when needed \- Meet inspectors, assist with walkthroughs and key delivery Agent Onboarding \& Office Management \- Onboard new agents from contract signing through MLS setup, headshots, business cards, and printed materials \- Manage daily office operations including opening and closing, mail, supplies, and vendor coordination \- Set up, record, and upload team meetings and training sessions \- Maintain ClickUp and Sisu task management systems daily \- Support EOS Level 10 meetings, scorecards, and quarterly Rock reporting Executive \& Tech Support \- Support Jim and Megan directly across all operational needs \- Learn, maintain, and improve all team platforms including ClickUp, Sisu, Follow Up Boss, HighLevel, Rezen, Amen Connect, RealScout, AgentFire, and AI tools \- Create Loom training videos to document processes and automate agent onboarding \- Identify and implement new automations and AI platforms to improve team efficiency \- Support SOAR community operations and past client marketing campaigns WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR \- Background as a real estate agent, transaction coordinator, listing coordinator, or real estate office manager or admin (required) \- Strong working knowledge of MLS systems (Metrolist and/or CRMLS a plus) \- Familiar with real estate contracts, disclosures, and the transaction process \- Tech\-savvy and comfortable learning new platforms quickly \- Highly organized with strong follow\-through and attention to detail \- Proactive self\-starter who owns their area without being micromanaged \- Calm and steady under pressure in a fast\-moving office environment \- Comfortable working directly alongside two team owners in an open office \- Reliable personal vehicle required for field tasks and team errands COMPENSATION \& BENEFITS \- $25\-$30 per hour depending on experience (W2, paid twice monthly via direct deposit) \- Performance bonus program tied to listing coordination, agent onboarding, and quarterly rocks \- Company health care plan or monthly opt\-out stipend \- Company 401k with 4% match \- 5 days vacation \+ 1 floating holiday \- 5 days sick time \- Mileage reimbursement for company errands WORK ENVIRONMENT This is a fully in\-office role. Remote and hybrid arrangements are not available. Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm, at our Sacramento office. Our office is open, energetic, and fast\-moving. Agents, guests, and leadership are in and out throughout the day. Jim and Megan are married co\-owners who work side by side — they are direct, results\-driven, and move quickly. This is not a role for someone who needs a slow, quiet environment or heavy top\-down direction. You own your area entirely as all other operations team members are out of area.
