Career growth and development Employee tuition reimbursement Generous PTO plan Affordable and comprehensive benefits package Under the direct supervision of the Patient Access Supervisor, call center technicians are responsible for receiving inbound contacts (calls, emails, faxes, etc) from patients, providers and insurance companies. These technicians will be responsible for interviewing callers to obtain a full understanding of what information is being requested, coordinating over the phone pharmacy tasks ranging from processing a prescription medication to updating patients' insurance and demographics, while maintaining high level customer service on every call. Schedule: 40 hours, remote Minimum Qualifications: Registration with the Maryland Board of Pharmacy is required Certified Pharmacy Tech (CPhT) required * Two (2\) years retail/inpatient pharmacy technician experience required Salary Range: Minimum $20\.53/hour \- Maximum $33\.90/hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility. In cases where the range is displayed as a $0 amount, salary discussions will occur during candidate screening calls, before any subsequent compensation discussion is held between the candidate and any hiring authority.
