Life Insurance Agent We are expanding our team and looking for motivated individuals who want to build a long\-term career in life insurance with the support, tools, mentorship, and systems needed to grow. This opportunity is designed for agents who want more than access to an insurance contract. We help our agents improve their sales process, manage leads, serve more clients, build their own book of business, and eventually develop a team and agency of their own. Remote Opportunity and Chicago Expansion This position is currently fully remote and offers flexible scheduling. We are also preparing to establish a physical office in the Chicago area. A major part of this expansion will be building a strong Chicago\-based team that can work directly with local businesses and help employers offer group life insurance benefits to their employees. Chicago\-area agents may have the opportunity to help build our local presence from the ground up by developing relationships with business owners, introducing group life insurance options, assisting with local recruiting, and eventually working alongside the team from our future office. Applicants outside the Chicago area are still encouraged to apply because the position is currently remote. Carrier and Product Access Through Experior and its brokerage network, eligible agents may gain access to more than 50 A\-rated insurance carriers. This gives agents the ability to compare multiple products and help clients find coverage based on their health, family needs, financial goals, budget, and overall situation. You are not limited to representing one insurance company or promoting only one product. Having access to a broad carrier network allows you to provide clients with more options while building a stronger and more sustainable book of business. Carrier access, appointments, compensation, and product availability may vary based on licensing, state requirements, production, experience, and individual carrier approval. Virtual Assistant Support Agents on our team may receive access to our Virtual Assistant support system. Our Virtual Assistants can help with: Calling aged leads Following up with prospects Confirming continued interest Scheduling appointments Organizing follow\-up activity Helping agents spend more time with clients This support is designed to reduce the time agents spend chasing every lead and allow them to focus more on client conversations, presenting options, completing applications, and closing business. Training and Mentorship We provide practical guidance to help agents develop a consistent and repeatable sales process. Support may include: Sales scripts and conversation guides Lead management systems Technology and organizational tools Product and sales training One\-on\-one mentorship Client follow\-up strategies Appointment preparation Recruiting and leadership guidance Assistance developing a consistent daily routine Our goal is not to hand you a contract and leave you to figure everything out alone. You will have support from people who are actively producing, recruiting, and building in the industry. Commission\-Based Compensation This is a commission\-based opportunity. There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Your income is based on your personal production, applications, issued and settled business, consistency, sales ability, and overall activity. Active agents within our organization may earn approximately $5,000 per month, while top\-producing agents may earn $20,000 or more per month. These amounts are examples only and are not guaranteed. Individual results will vary. The amount you earn is directly influenced by your effort, skill development, client activity, production, and commitment to building your business. Personal Production Bonuses Experior’s 2026 compensation structure includes monthly production bonuses for eligible agents who meet specific settled premium and application requirements. The current personal production bonus levels include: B1: $15,000 in settled premium and 7 settled applications may qualify for an additional 5% bonus B2: $20,000 in settled premium and 10 settled applications may qualify for an additional 10% bonus B3: $30,000 in settled premium and 15 settled applications may qualify for an additional 15% bonus At eligible compensation levels, these bonuses may increase total compensation to approximately 120%, 125%, or 130%. Agents must requalify each month based on their personal settled production and number of settled applications. Advancement and Compensation Levels Experior’s compensation structure begins at approximately 70% for Financial Associates and increases as agents advance through production and leadership levels. Qualified Senior Executive Directors and higher\-level agents may reach compensation levels of up to 120%, with the potential to reach 130% through qualifying monthly production bonuses. Advancement is based on applicable production, recruiting, agency growth, and qualification requirements. Agency and Leadership Bonuses Agents who are interested in leadership can build a team and potentially earn additional compensation based on agency production. Examples of agency growth incentives may include: A 4% Agency Bonus after developing four qualifying agents who each reach the required settled premium A 3% first\-generation bonus after meeting qualifying agency and production requirements An additional 1% bonus on second through seventh generations after the full organization reaches the required production level Generational overrides that may extend through as many as seven generations These bonuses are based on recruiting, settled premium, agency production, qualification level, and the performance of the agents within the organization. Builder Bonus Experior’s Builder Bonus is designed for agents who are actively recruiting, developing, and producing with a larger team. A qualifying 30\-by\-30 agency, consisting of 30 recruits and 30 settled applications, may be eligible for a combined 20% first\-generation override. When an agent qualifies for both the Builder Bonus and certain generational bonuses in the same month, the higher eligible payout generally applies based on the terms of the compensation plan. Generational Overrides Agents who build and support a productive organization may qualify for overrides across multiple levels of their agency. Generational overrides may begin at approximately 14% on the first generation and decrease across deeper levels, with smaller percentages available through the sixth and seventh generations. This creates an opportunity for agents to earn from their own personal production while also developing and supporting a larger organization. All bonus and override percentages are subject to Experior’s current compensation plan, qualification rules, settled production requirements, licensing, appointments, promotion level, and other applicable terms. Build and Own Your Book of Business Agents have the opportunity to develop and own their own book of business. This allows you to build a long\-term asset instead of producing business that only benefits another agent or organization. Your book may be portable if you choose to make a career change in the future, subject to applicable contracts, carrier agreements, vesting rules, licensing requirements, and other obligations. Recruiting and Team Development Agents who are interested in leadership will receive guidance on how to recruit, train, support, and develop their own team. We can help teach you how to: Find and connect with potential agents Explain the insurance opportunity Support agents through licensing and onboarding Train newly licensed agents Build a productive sales culture Develop leadership and communication skills Grow personal and agency production Build a larger and more sustainable book of business Qualify for advancement, overrides, and agency bonuses Agents may choose to focus on personal life insurance sales, group life insurance, recruiting, leadership, agency building, or a combination of these areas.
