There is no guaranteed salary or hourly wage. Your income is directly based on your effort, consistency, production, and ability to serve clients well. Active agents may earn approximately $5,000 per month, while top producers may earn $20,000 or more. These results are not guaranteed and will vary by individual. Our team can help guide you through the licensing process, which typically takes about one week. After you pass your exam, we reimburse your course cost and provide your first batch of leads. We are currently focused on building a strong Chicago\-area team and plan to open a local office in the future. Part of this expansion will include helping local businesses provide group life insurance options to their employees. Applicants outside the Chicago area are also welcome because the position is currently remote.
