Facility CoordinatorLocation: Buttonwillow, CA Schedule: Monday\-Friday Pay: $22\.04 hr The Facility Coordinator is responsible for supporting daily facility operations by coordinating shipping, receiving, documentation, inventory tracking, and administrative functions. This role ensures accurate recordkeeping, regulatory documentation, and efficient communication between operations and transportation while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily receiving, shipping, and administrative activities to support facility operations. Maintain working knowledge of plant receiving processes, drum staging, profile access, and profile printing. Perform accurate data entry into PowerSuite, WIN, Outlook, and other company databases. Prepare and print outbound hazardous waste manifests, shipping documents, and waste labels. Create TPO shipping paperwork for rejected materials. Organize and maintain plant files, shipping documentation, and truck\-to\-truck paperwork. Maintain trailer inventories and update shared inventory files. Scan and track storage areas to ensure inventory accuracy. Manage office and operational supplies for assigned areas. Maintain organized workspaces and support overall housekeeping standards. Assist with additional administrative or operational duties as assigned to support business needs. Qualifications Required High school diploma or GED. 0\-3 years of administrative, logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse, or facility support experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Ability to accurately manage data entry and documentation. Ability to work effectively in a team\-oriented environment. Preferred Experience working in industrial, manufacturing, environmental, transportation, or warehouse operations. Experience with PowerSuite, WIN, or similar ERP/database systems. Knowledge of hazardous waste manifests or shipping documentation. Knowledge, Skills \& Abilities Strong administrative and organizational skills. Excellent data entry accuracy and recordkeeping abilities. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast\-paced environment. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and follow\-through. Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate documentation. Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance. Physical Requirements Primarily sedentary office position. Sit approximately 6\-8 hours per day. Walk or stand occasionally throughout the facility. Frequent computer and keyboard use. Occasionally reach for files or supplies. Rarely lift up to 10 pounds. Must be able to read computer screens and printed documentation.
