About PHRKZ Academy PHRKZ Academy is the education division of DancePhreakz, providing online and in\-person training, professional development, and performance opportunities for dancers and creatives. Through classes, workshops, mentorship, and career development programming, we help students build both their artistic and professional skills. Position Summary The Online Receptionist \& Student Support Assistant serves as the first point of contact for students, instructors, and prospective members of PHRKZ Academy. This role focuses on student communication, class support, membership assistance, scheduling, and administrative coordination. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, personable, and comfortable working in a remote environment. This position is perfect for individuals interested in customer service, education administration, virtual operations, and community engagement. Responsibilities Student Support \& Customer Service Respond to student emails and inquiries Assist students with class registration and enrollment Help answer questions about memberships, programs, and events Support student onboarding and welcome processes Maintain positive relationships with students and members Virtual Class Support Monitor online classes and workshops as needed Assist instructors with attendance tracking Help manage virtual waiting rooms and participant check\-ins Ensure students receive class links and materials Provide technical support when needed Membership \& Enrollment Support Assist with membership inquiries Track new enrollments and registrations Help maintain student records Support retention and engagement initiatives Assist with student follow\-up communications Administrative Support Assist with scheduling classes and meetings Maintain organized digital files and records Support data entry and reporting Assist with program coordination and logistics Help prepare documents and communications Community Engagement Welcome new students and members Assist with virtual events and workshops Support community\-building initiatives Help create a positive online learning environment Qualifications Strong customer service skills Excellent written and verbal communication Strong organizational skills Comfortable working remotely Ability to multitask and manage deadlines Positive and professional attitude Interest in education, arts, or creative industries preferred Preferred Skills Google Workspace Zoom Canva Email marketing platforms Customer relationship management systems Social media familiarity What You'll Gain Experience in online education administration Customer service and membership management experience Exposure to program coordination and operations Community management experience Professional development opportunities Mentorship from industry professionals Position Details Position Type: Internship Location: Remote Hours: Part\-Time Schedule: Flexible (some evening and weekend availability may be required for classes and events) Compensation: Stipend, hourly, grant\-funded, or academic credit (if applicable) \LA resident only Pay: From $17\.87 per hour Work Location: Remote
