This role combines customer service, brand reputation management, and live stream support, making it ideal for someone who enjoys communication, problem\-solving, and engaging with customers. Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Relations \& Brand Support Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels Resolve customer complaints and concerns professionally and efficiently Follow up with customers regarding product issues, shipping concerns, and service requests Manage customer feedback and help maintain positive customer relationships Assist in handling online reviews and protecting the company’s brand reputation Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in CRM systems Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer issues are resolved promptly Live Stream Support Support live stream hosts during live selling events Monitor customer comments, questions, and concerns during live broadcasts Provide real\-time responses to product inquiries and order\-related questions Assist customers with product information, promotions, and purchasing decisions Escalate customer issues to appropriate team members when necessary Collect customer feedback and identify common questions or concerns Help create a positive and engaging live shopping experience Customer Experience Improvement Identify recurring customer concerns and recommend solutions Help improve customer satisfaction and retention Support brand\-building efforts through professional and positive customer interactions QualificationsRequired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service mindset and positive attitude Ability to remain calm and professional when handling difficult customer situations Strong problem\-solving and conflict\-resolution skills Comfortable communicating with customers via phone, email, and live chat Detail\-oriented with strong organizational skills Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer applications Preferred Previous customer service, customer success, client relations, or support experience Experience handling online reviews, customer complaints, or brand reputation management Experience with TikTok Shop, TikTok Live, Amazon Live, Facebook Live, Instagram Live, or other live commerce platforms Experience using CRM software Bilingual English and Chinese preferred Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly and professional Empathetic and patient Highly organized Comfortable speaking with customers Able to multitask in a fast\-paced environment Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences Interested in e\-commerce and live selling environments Why Join Us?
