Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Remote Contract Position Unique Opportunity with growth and partnership! We are looking for a Speech Language Pathologists and we are seeking a Lead Speech Pathologists. Significant input into how our speech program is developed. This is a flexible contract position designed for therapists who value autonomy, work\-life balance, and the ability to create their own schedule. Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Speech\-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients with a variety of communication needs, including speech delays, articulation disorders, language disorders, autism spectrum disorder, social communication challenges, fluency disorders, feeding concerns, and childhood apraxia of speech. What We Offer Flexible scheduling Create your own caseload and availability Contract position with autonomy and independence Minimal administrative responsibilities Supportive, family\-centered environment Work\-life balance focused culture Supervision opportunities available Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in children’s lives Responsibilities Clinical Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and screenings Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals Provide evidence\-based speech and language therapy services Treat pediatric clients with a variety of communication disorders and developmental differences Address articulation, expressive/receptive language, social communication, fluency, AAC, feeding, and motor speech needs as appropriate Implement individualized therapy strategies tailored to each child’s learning style and sensory needs Collaborate with families and caregivers regarding treatment progress and home strategies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation and session notes Monitor client progress and adjust treatment goals as needed Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with ASHA and state licensing requirements Participate in team collaboration as needed SLPA Supervision Responsibilities Qualified SLPs may supervise Speech\-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) in accordance with ASHA and state guidelines. Supervision Responsibilities Include: Provide clinical supervision and mentorship to assigned SLPAs Conduct initial client involvement before assigning treatment implementation to SLPAs Review and approve treatment plans, goals, and clinical recommendations Provide ongoing direct and indirect supervision of therapy sessions Observe SLPA treatment sessions as required by ASHA and state regulations Monitor client progress and review therapy data regularly Ensure quality of care, ethical compliance, and adherence to treatment plans Be available to SLPAs for clinical guidance and support Maintain documentation of supervision activities and supervisory meetings Conduct competency reviews and provide feedback to SLPAs Ensure all supervised staff remain within SLPA scope of practice Supervision Expectations Opportunity to supervise a minimum of three SLPAs Supervision conducted in accordance with ASHA and Arizona state requirements Maintain supervisory documentation and oversight requirements Provide direct and indirect supervision as clinically required Increased supervision provided for new SLPAs or complex cases as appropriate Administrative Expectations This position is intentionally designed to minimize administrative burden on therapists. Therapists are only responsible for: Completing and submitting session documentation/therapy notes in a timely manner Maintaining active licensure and professional credentials Clinical supervision responsibilities if supervising SLPAs Scheduling, billing, intake coordination, insurance, client communication, and operational support are handled internally. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech\-Language Pathology Active state SLP license in good standing Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC\-SLP) preferred Clinical Fellows (CFs) may be considered for non\-supervisory roles Experience working with pediatric populations preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively Passion for helping children and families Additional Qualifications for Supervising SLPs Meets ASHA and Arizona supervision requirements Completion of required supervision training/professional development Ability to mentor and support SLPAs effectively Schedule Set your own hours Part\-time, full\-time, and remote opportunities available Flexible weekday and/or weekend availability welcomed Employment Type 1099 Independent Contractor Ideal Candidate You are someone who: Loves working with children Wants flexibility and autonomy Prefers therapy over excessive paperwork Values creativity, compassion, and connection Enjoys mentoring and supporting other clinicians Wants to be part of a supportive and mission\-driven environment To Apply If you are passionate about helping children communicate and thrive, we would love to hear from you.
