We're seeking a highly organized and proactive Sales Coordinator to serve as a trusted partner to our Senior Vice President of Sales. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping teams organized, leveraging technology to drive efficiency, and playing a critical behind\-the\-scenes role in supporting revenue growth. You'll gain exposure to every stage of the sales cycle while collaborating with leaders across Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Product. We are growing and that means more opportunities Key Responsibilities: Administrative \& Documentation Support Prepare, format, and manage sales documents including proposals and presentation materials. Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date records within the organization’s CRM platform, ensuring pipeline data, prospecting notes, and activity logs reflect current status. Coordinate scheduling, calendar management, and appointment confirmations for the sales representative. Technology \& Systems Management Operate and troubleshoot standard business software including CRM platforms, Microsoft Office Suite, and communication tools. Provide technical assistance and workflow support to the sales representative, minimizing disruption to sales activity caused by technology\-related challenges. Ensure timely and accurate data entry, report generation, and system updates as directed. Operational Support Anticipate recurring needs and manage routine tasks independently, without requiring detailed instruction for each occurrence. Respond promptly to ad hoc requests, adapting priorities as directed to support the evolving demands of the sales cycle. Identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical improvements to enhance the productivity of the sales function. Must adhere to Clarest’s Code of Conduct, follow Clarest Compliance policies and procedures, and report any suspected violations of any federal or state laws to either their direct supervisor, Human Resources or the Compliance Officer Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Valid driver’s license and ability to meet the company's insurance carrier requirements 1\-2 years of experience in Sales Support, or Sales Operations, within a fast\-paced B2B environment (preferably in healthcare, technology, or SaaS). Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise, and compelling documentation. Availability and flexibility to respond to requests outside of standard business hours when business needs require. Experience collaborating with cross\-functional teams, including Marketing, Legal, and Product. Experience with technology and the ability to quickly adapt to new tools and systems is essential. Familiarity with Salesforce.com, Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), is highly preferred. Skills \& Abilities: Critical Thinking: Analyzes client needs, performance data, and issues to determine appropriate next steps; uses sound judgment to identify when to escalate. Influence and Relationship Building: Builds trust with day\-to\-day business partners and maintains reliable working relationships. Technical and Analytical Skills: Comfortable using CRM tools, dashboards, and Excel. Adaptability: Learns quickly, adapts to evolving processes, and incorporates feedback to improve revenue generating processes. Collaboration: Works effectively with Operations, Clinical, and Product teams to support delivery and resolve day\-to\-day needs.
