Assistant Operations Coordinator Do you want to help build a growing real estate and property management office? Sactown Real Estate and Wild Rooster Property Management are looking for an organized, proactive, and tech\-savvy professional to join their dynamic team. This position is 30 hours a week, mainly Mondays through Friday, but some weekend flexibility will be needed to meet client expectations. This is a unique opportunity to join a growing company at ground level and play a key role in shaping our operations. Competitive Pay Rate: $25 to $30/hour based on experience Hybrid Schedule: This position will mainly operate from a remote work location with some prescheduled site visits within Sacramento, Yolo, Placer, and El Dorado counties. Paid Sick Leave Paid Vacation Paid Holidays Retirement Savings Plan Growth opportunity with a path toward Operations Manager Company\-paid professional training and certifications Opportunity to make a direct impact on a growing business WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING Manage administrative workflows and company inboxes Support brokerage and property management operations Maintain organized records, files, and documentation Coordinate tenant communications and maintenance requests Schedule vendors and track work order completion Prepare lease and owner correspondence Process invoices and accounts payable Assist with utility billing and owner payments Support bookkeeping activities in QuickBooks Online Conduct property inspections and documentation Host property showings when needed Handle lockbox installations, key exchanges, and other local errands Help develop procedures and systems that support company growth Create simple SOPs and training documentation WHAT THE RIGHT CANDIDATE HAS High School Diploma or equivalent. California Fair Housing Certification, or willingness to successfully obtain this certificate within 30 days of hire (cost covered by the company) Exceptional attention to detail, a strong self\-starter mindset, and a high level of comfort working independently without constant direct supervision. Must have a valid California driver’s license or other reliable, timely, and cost\-effective means of transportation High tech\-literacy: Ability to quickly master property management software, time/mileage tracking apps (e.g., Clockify), task trackers Excellent communication and customer service skills Preferred Experience Administrative, property management, bookkeeping, or real estate experience Basic literacy in bookkeeping, data entry, or accounts payable workflows preferred QuickBooks Online familiarity No experience?
