Good Communication Skills – Must be able to communicate clearly with customers and our office team. Your Own Work Vehicle – A truck or van suitable for your trade. Your Own Tools – You’ll need basic tools to complete jobs successfully. Smartphone & Tech-Savvy – Must have a smartphone with reliable internet and be comfortable using our Field App daily. Valid Driver’s License – We want trustworthy professionals who customers can feel safe with.
