We’ve built a structured\-yet\-flexible schedule that allows our therapists to maintain a healthy work\-life balance while supporting a steady, full caseload. Remote, Flexible Schedule – Conduct all sessions virtually from a secure home office. Consistent Weekly Hours – Full\-time: \~30 scheduled client sessions/week Part\-time: \~25 scheduled client sessions/week Evening Availability – To meet client demand and maximize income, clinicians work some evenings in addition to daytime appointments. Workload Balance – We prioritize sustainable caseloads, same\-day or next\-morning documentation, and dedicated time for team meetings and professional growth. Credentials \& Experience Fully licensed in Michigan as LMSW or LPC, etc Limited Licensed: LLPC, LLMSW, etc. 1\-2\+ years of outpatient therapy experience, ideally with trauma\-informed practice. EMDR\-trained or motivated to become trained recognizing the value of this skill in trauma therapy and long\-term career growth. Experienced in working with adults, adolescents, or couples in virtual or outpatient settings.
