Job Summary We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Information Processing Clerk to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately managing and processing data within various systems, ensuring seamless information flow across departments. Your organizational skills and technical proficiency will support efficient data entry, record keeping, and administrative operations. Responsibilities Enter, update, and maintain data within databases, ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems, and other software platforms with precision and speed. Perform data collection from multiple sources, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information. Utilize computer skills to create, edit, and manage spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel, including the development of pivot tables for data analysis. Conduct typing and transcription tasks to convert audio recordings or handwritten notes into digital formats efficiently. Organize and file physical and electronic documents systematically to facilitate quick retrieval and secure storage. Assist with order entry processes, verifying details for accuracy before submission. Support administrative functions such as filing, data verification, basic math calculations, and maintaining organized records. Qualifications Proven clerical experience with a strong background in office administration or data entry roles. Proficiency in computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with databases and ERP systems. Excellent typing speed with high accuracy; experience with transcription is a plus. Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail in filing and record management. Basic math skills for data verification and calculations. Experience working with office equipment such as scanners, printers, and filing systems. Knowledge of data collection methods, order entry procedures, and pivot tables for data analysis is preferred.
