Located at\- Remote Trulite is GROWING! We are looking for an Order Entry Software \& Process Analyst to support accurate and efficient entry of glass orders and assist with testing and improving our internal order entry software. Must have glass experience. This role is ideal for someone with a strong attention to detail, familiarity with order processes, and an interest in improving how systems work. You'll be working across departments to ensure orders are handled correctly and helping identify ways to improve the tools our teams use every day. What You'll Be Doing: Create and follow test procedures to evaluate the performance of internal order entry and quoting software Assist in developing and executing automated and manual testing scenarios Report bugs clearly and make recommendations to improve system performance and usability Retest software following bug fixes to confirm resolution and functionality Document testing steps, results, and suggestions for improvement Collaborate with software developers, implementation specialists, and customer service teams Participate in meetings with cross\-functional teams to provide user feedback and testing insights What You Bring: Previous glass experience as an order/data entry clerk, estimator, customer service or closely aligned role. 3\+ years of previous experience. Demonstrated ability to interpret and work with glass measurements and specifications Prior customer service experience, ideally in glass manufacturing or a custom product environment Familiarity with software testing processes, or a willingness to learn and apply testing procedures Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective team collaboration and documentation Excellent organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem\-solving and follow\-through Proficient in Microsoft Office and order management systems; experience with ERP software (e.g., AX) is a plus Why Trulite: Trulite offers the most comprehensive benefit coverage in the industry.
