Position Overview Oak Hill Contractors, LLC is seeking a professional, friendly, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist / Data Entry Clerk to join our team. This position serves as the first point of contact for clients, vendors, visitors, and employees; therefore, professionalism, communication skills, and strong customer service are essential. The ideal candidate will have prior office experience, strong organizational abilities, and the capacity to multitask in a fast\-paced environment. We are looking for someone personable, detail\-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing a variety of administrative and clerical responsibilities while maintaining a positive and welcoming office environment. Responsibilities Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls promptly and appropriately Perform general administrative duties, including filing, scanning, data entry, and document organization Assist with office recordkeeping and basic accounting\-related tasks as needed Maintain and organize office supplies and place orders when necessary Support daily office operations and assist team members with administrative tasks Manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all office communications and interactions Qualifications Previous office or administrative experience preferred Friendly, professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Comfortable using office software, including Microsoft Word and Excel Basic accounting or recordkeeping experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong prioritization skills Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new tasks and responsibilities Ability to work independently and as part of a team This is not a remote position Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Work Location: In person
