HouseCall MD is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide high\-quality, patient\-centered care in home\-based and facility settings.

- Active Nurse Practitioner license
- Minimum 2 years of primary care experience
- Strong clinical knowledge and decision\-making skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in home health geriatrics or palliative care
- Strong ability to build relationships with patients and families
- Flexible schedule typically between 7AM and 6PM
- Average of 40 hours per week
- No formal on\-call requirement
- Occasional urgent patient\-related communication as needed
