Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Phone Activation Specialist / Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and support while assisting with wireless and internet activations.
As a Phone Activation Specialist, you will help customers enroll in government\-assisted wireless programs through Assurance Wireless and set up internet, mobile, and home services through Xfinity. You will also support marketing and sales initiatives to drive customer acquisition and satisfaction.
This is a commission\-only position designed for high performers who thrive in a competitive environment. Weekly payouts, monthly bonuses, and quarterly incentives reward consistency, hustle, and championship\-level execution.

- Educate customers on product features, pricing, and available promotions.
- Collect and enter customer information accurately into activation systems.

- Collaborate with team members and departments to resolve customer concerns.
- Create and distribute marketing materials using Adobe Creative Suite.
