Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls using multi\-line phone systems, ensuring prompt and courteous responses to customer inquiries.
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, or account details while maintaining professional phone etiquette at all times.
• Document customer interactions and update relevant data entry records with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve customer issues efficiently and escalate complex concerns when necessary.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all interactions, fostering a welcoming environment for clients and colleagues alike.

Experience

• Prior clerical or administrative experience, preferably in a customer service setting.
• Proven ability to operate multi\-line phone systems effectively in a fast\-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills, including active listening and clear verbal articulation in multiple languages; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable.
• Experience in dispatching or coordinating service requests is advantageous but not mandatory.
