Job Description
To support the delivery and advancement of remote patient monitoring and virtual care systems. To deliver training and education to patients, providers, staff, and consumers on telehealth and remote monitoring systems.
Key Duties \& Responsibilities
1\. Collaborates with “super users” to enhance the effectiveness of Ambulatory eMedicine support.
2\. Provides Go\-Live support and continuous assistance for Ambulatory eMedicine initiatives.
3\. Supports the development and implementation of strategic and tactical plans to expand physician and staff adoption of telehealth technologies.
4\. Serves as a data processing specialist for telehealth activities.
5\. Reconciles patient databases to ensure accurate data collection from telehealth outreach and billing sites.
6\. Reviews and verifys provider\-patient assignments in remote patient monitoring (RPM) systems.
7\. Collaborates with the Medical Services Office (MSO) to prepare billing templates related to telehealth activities.
8\. Schedules patients for telehealth appointments as needed.
9\. Provide front\-line support for patients and providers including troubleshooting and general inquiries.
10\. Monitors telehealth visits and maintain timely, accurate documentation from multiple source materials.
11\. Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting required. Experience with telehealth systems, remote patient monitoring, or mobile health applications preferred. Familiarity with healthcare billing practices and electronic medical record systems preferred.
