• Maintain organized filing systems for order records, invoices, and related documentation to facilitate quick retrieval and audit readiness.
• Collect and verify data from various sources, including customer requests, sales teams, and suppliers, to ensure seamless order processing.
• Utilize computer skills to update spreadsheets, create pivot tables, and generate reports that track order status and inventory levels.
• Perform data entry tasks with high typing accuracy and speed to meet daily processing quotas.
• Collaborate with cross\-functional teams to resolve discrepancies or issues related to order entries or database records.
• Support administrative functions such as filing, data collection, and basic math calculations needed for order verification.
