    The Salt River Pima\-Maricopa Indian Community (SRPMIC) is a sovereign tribe located in the metropolitan Phoenix area. Bounded by the cities of Scottsdale, Tempe, Mesa, and Fountain Hills, the Community serves over 9,000 tribal members, and all people conduct business over approximately 96 square miles of residential, agricultural, and commercial lands, as a full\-service government entity.

    What does the job look like?

    The SRPMIC Health Services Division is seeking an experienced EHR Support Analyst II to support the efficient, safe, and optimized operation of our Electronic Health Records system—primarily Epic within an OCHIN environment.

    In this role, you will serve as an advanced technical and workflow resource for providers, nurses, administrative staff, and cross\-functional healthcare teams.

    Your work will focus on:

  • Providing high\-level first\-line support and coaching to end\-users
  • Troubleshooting mid\-to\-complex clinical, operational, and technical issues
  • Assisting in system configuration, testing, documentation, and optimization
  • Partnering with the OCHIN Epic Vendor, IT, and operational leaders to align system functionality with regulatory requirements and workflow needs
  • Supporting departmental goals related to safety, quality, user experience, and operational efficiency
  • This is a hands\-on role where your expertise directly enhances patient care delivery, data integrity, billing accuracy, and overall clinical efficiency.

    You Bring:

  • Strong knowledge of Epic (preferably OCHIN) across multiple modules
  • Experience supporting users in a clinical environment
  • Skills in troubleshooting, workflow validation, testing, and documentation
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • An understanding of HIPAA requirements, healthcare operations, and compliance expectations
  • A collaborative, adaptable, patient\-centered mindset
  • Experience working within Tribal or Indigenous communities is valued and supports success in this role.

    What do you need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Healthcare Technology, Informatics, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)
  • Minimum (5\) years of full\-time experience in a clinical facility
  • Minimum (3\) years of Epic E.H.R. Support Experience
  • Active Epic certificatiions or proficiencises (Ambulatory, Acute, EpicCare, Willow, Wisdom, Prelude, Cadence, or Resolute PB) OR a clinical license

Medical: Choose from three plan options to fit your needs—the Low Deductible Plan, the Mid\-Deductible Plan, and the High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) with a Health Savings Account (HSA). As a self\-funded plan, SRPMIC directly covers the cost of medical, pharmacy, dental, and vision services for all participants.

Dental: Enjoy nationwide access to the Humana Dental PPO/Traditional Preferred network, offering flexibility and choice in selecting dental care providers.

Vision: Coverage is provided through Davis Vision, including eye exams, lenses, frames, and contact lenses. Members also benefit from discounted rates on additional eyewear and services.

Life Insurance: All eligible employees are automatically enrolled in a fully paid basic term life insurance policy with a matching accidental death benefit.

Retirement Plans

SRPMIC supports your long\-term financial goals through multiple retirement plan options:

401(k) and Roth Plans: Eligible employees can participate in both pre\-tax and post\-tax retirement savings plans. SRPMIC contributes 5% of your compensation to the pre\-tax 401(k) and matches up to 3% of your salary deferral contributions.

Public Safety Personnel Retirement System (PSPRS): Available to eligible certified police officers and firefighters.

Arizona State Retirement System (ASRS): Available to Salt River School educators.

Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA): A retiree HRA with Health Equity, which is a tax\-advantaged employer\-funded account that retired employees (Age 55\+) can use for qualified medical expenses, including some premiums, and out\-of\-pocket expenses such as copays and deductibles.

Paid Leave \& Holidays
