We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Manager to join our team.
The Property Manager will oversee the day\-to\-day operations of the association. The position requires a Florida LCAM license. Candidates who currently do not possess the LCAM, must agree to obtain it within the first 60 days of employment. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the General Manager, POA Board, finance department, working with membership, new home sales and orientations, monitoring community property, its vendors, and ensure all operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, be able to multitask effectively, and have a strong understanding of customer service.
Must be a self\-starter and have the experienced ability to multitask.
Candidates must have experience managing gated community golf course associations, have an LCAM license and strong understanding of how small property owners’ associations operate and what is required to maintain excellence in the community. Must be willing to take on additional administrative or management tasks necessary and participate in periodic POA Board Meetings.
· Work directly with the General Manager, Board and Controller’s office on the daily operations of the community.
· Provide leadership and guidance to community members and the POA Board.
· Develop and implement strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
· Maintain a safe and secure community environment.
· Manage the security staff
· Procure proposals and estimates from vendors for community projects.
· Contact vendors to complete maintenance items throughout the community.
· Manage the process and work with the ARB Chairperson on all Architectural Review Applications
Pay: $85,000\.00 \- $100,000\.00 per year
