- Bachelor of Science in a healthcare\-related field, Business Administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proven experience supporting a professional education program (e.g., pharmacy, medical, or nursing education).
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex process improvement projects and business process redesign.
- Strong relationship\-building skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple diverse constituencies to achieve high\-level results.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining maximum collaboration in a team environment.
- Excellent analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills with a proactive approach to problem\-solving.
- Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to following through on all assignments.

Job Summary
The College of Pharmacy is seeking a detail\-oriented and collaborative Experiential Education Program Specialist (Administrative Specialist Intermediate Healthcare). This role is central to the clinical mission of the College, ensuring our students have access to high\-quality practice environments.
You will serve as the primary navigator for Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) scheduling while managing the lifecycle of our clinical partnerships from initial recruitment and onboarding to ongoing quality evaluation. This position requires a blend of relationship management, complex logistics, and data\-driven reporting to maintain the excellence of our experiential curriculum.
