- This role involves building and nurturing relationships with localized end\-buyers and realtors, as well as speaking with contractors and various home\-owners to coordinate on\-site property work and access. This role will be a "learn\-in" role as you work hand\-in\-hand with our dispositions team to learn the ropes and assist in coordination until you are ready to handle your own exclusive deals. As such, this position will start as a support role with room to grow into greater responsibility and performance\-based bonus opportunities. Prior dispositions or real\-estate knowledge is highly beneficial but not required, as we offer extensive training that covers everything needed to succeed.
- Call and text buyers, agents, sellers, vendors, and contractors
- Schedule walkthroughs, showings, property access, photos, and cleanouts
- Help market deals through calls, texts, emails, Facebook, and buyer groups
- Build, update, and organize the investor buyer list
- Update CRM notes, deal stages, buyer statuses, and follow\-up tasks
- Gather buyer feedback and communicate updates to the team
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other parties to keep deals moving
- Assist with offers, EMD follow\-up, buyer packets, and transaction handoff
- Stay consistent with follow\-up and help manage multiple deal\-related tasks at once
- Confident and professional on the phone
- Organized, responsive, and detail\-oriented

- Reliable, coachable, and eager to learn
- Persistent, proactive, and solutions\-oriented
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks at once
- Interested in real estate investing and dispositions
- Comfortable using a CRM or willing to learn Go High Level
- Able to communicate with buyers, agents, sellers, vendors, and contractors
- Prior experience in real estate, sales, admin, customer service, transaction coordination, acquisitions, or dispositions is a plus, but not required.
