Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Loan Servicing Manager to lead a team of loan servicers and ensure the smooth operation of our loan servicing processes. In this role, you will oversee the management of loan portfolios, coordinate loan processing activities, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as TILA (Truth in Lending Act) and contractual agreements. Your expertise in financial services and loan servicing experience will drive efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service for our clients. Duties
- Supervise daily loan servicing operations, including processing payments, and account adjustments
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations such as TILA and contractual obligations
- Utilize financial software to track loan statuses, generate reports, and maintain accurate records
- Perform basic math calculations for interest accruals, payment schedules, and amortization schedules
- Manage customer inquiries related to loan accounts, providing clear explanations of terms and processes
- Proven experience in loan servicing or related roles within the financial services industry
- Strong background in loan origination and servicing
- Familiarity with TILA regulations and other compliance standards governing loans
- Excellent skills in basic math and proficiency in financial software applications
- Ability to perform 10\-key typing efficiently for data entry tasks
- Prior experience as a loan servicer or in a similar capacity is highly desirable
- Knowledge of consumer lending practices is a plus
