We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to support the Chief Vice President of our Mobile division. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the C\-VP, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, demonstrating professional phone etiquette and courteous customer service.
- Prepare, proofread, and transcribe documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision and attention to detail.
- Organize and maintain filing systems—both physical and digital—ensuring easy retrieval of important documents.
- Assist with event planning for meetings, corporate events, and team activities, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
- Manage office supplies inventory using tools like QuickBooks or other bookkeeping software; handle basic bookkeeping tasks such as expense tracking and invoicing.
- Support project coordination efforts by tracking deadlines, preparing agendas, and following up on action items to ensure timely completion.
- Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace tools, and Microsoft Outlook Calendar to streamline daily operations.
- Operate multi\-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professional communication standards.
- Handle data entry tasks with accuracy using office software; support clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Assist with personal assistant responsibilities as needed to support the executive’s personal schedule or special projects.
- Proven experience in executive administrative support or personal assistant roles within a corporate environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy setting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Korean and English; ability to translate or interpret as necessary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace applications, QuickBooks (or similar bookkeeping software), and DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Skilled in event planning, project coordination, office management, and data entry processes.
- Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, calendar management tools like Microsoft Outlook Calendar, and office equipment operation.
- Attention to detail with proofreading and transcription abilities that ensure accuracy in all documentation.
- Demonstrated customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette to handle inquiries courteously.
