Noonday Association of Churches is seeking a highly organized, tech\-savvy Administrative \& Digital Support Assistant to support the daily operations of the office. This role combines administrative support, hospitality, event preparation, digital tools, and communications assistance. The ideal candidate is service\-oriented, dependable, eager to learn new technology, and willing to jump in wherever needed — including hands\-on tasks.
Core Responsibilities
- Welcome visitors and provide friendly, professional hospitality to guests, pastors, ministry leaders, and community members.
- Manage general administrative tasks including email, calendars, digital file management, data entry, proofreading, and document organization.
- Use Generative AI tools to assist with drafting emails, basic content, meeting notes, and other administrative materials.
- Assist with digital communications, including newsletters, social media posts, website updates, event promotion, and formatting basic content.
- Create or assist with graphics, slide decks, flyers, and digital signage for meetings and events.
- Help organize logistics for virtual and in\-person conferences, meetings, and events.
- Set up and support Zoom, streaming, presentation equipment, and attendee platforms as needed.
- Prepare meeting and event spaces, including setting up rooms, arranging tables and chairs, organizing materials, and helping with cleanup.
- Use AI\-powered and digital tools to help streamline workflows such as scheduling, reminders, and email follow\-ups.
- Work with the Database Administrator to help update records in church management software and maintain accurate information.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- Work collaboratively with staff and assist teammates as needed.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new software and digital tools.
- Experience or strong interest in using conversational AI tools for administrative support.
- Experience with Breeze, Planning Center, Church Community Builder, Tithe.ly, or similar systems is helpful but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to proofread documents, emails, and digital content for clarity and accuracy.
- Comfortable assisting with basic technology, presentations, Zoom, streaming, and digital platforms.
- Willingness to help with physical setup and event preparation, including moving tables, chairs, supplies, and equipment as needed.
- Dependable, proactive, detail\-oriented, and willing to assist wherever needed.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with strict confidentiality.
