Duties

  • Greet customers in person and over the phone with enthusiasm, demonstrating excellent etiquette and professionalism
  • Assist customers with account questions, service issues, or product information using strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office management tools
  • Maintain organized filing systems, process paperwork, and ensure all records are up\-to\-date and error\-free through proofreading and clerical expertise
  • Support office management by handling calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and record reconciliation
  • Provide exceptional customer support by addressing concerns efficiently, following up on unresolved issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Experience

  • Previous office experience or clerical experience in a customer service environment is highly preferred
  • Experience working in a high paced env
  • Proven ability to manage multi\-line phone systems, handle administrative tasks efficiently, and prioritize workload using excellent time management skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic computer literacy skills
  • Personal assistant or office management experience that includes calendar management, filing, proofreading, or supporting team operations enhances your candidacy
