We are seeking a dynamic and organized Office Clerk to join our team and keep our daily operations running smoothly. Duties

  • Greet visitors at the front desk with professionalism and courtesy, managing multi\-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette
  • Handle incoming calls, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide exceptional customer service support
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to maintain accurate records and ensure document quality
  • Manage calendar appointments, schedule meetings, and coordinate office events using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office tools
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software to support office financial processes
  • Support office management tasks such as supply inventory, maintaining cleanliness, and organizing files for easy access
  • Provide administrative support including typing correspondence, preparing reports, and supporting personal assistant duties as needed
  • Qualifications

  • Proven office experience with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
  • Strong customer service skills with professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently
  • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to assist a diverse client base
  • Previous experience in roles such as dental or medical receptionist or personal assistant is a plus
  • Knowledge of bookkeeping software like QuickBooks is advantageous but not required
  • Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced setting
