Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
  • Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow\-ups
  • Support the sales team with administrative and customer\-related tasks
  • Maintain accurate customer and order records
  • Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties
  • Experience

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Dependable, detail\-oriented, and a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Previous office, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment
  • Fluency in two or more languages is preferred
  • Pay: $20\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
