We are a well\-established wholesale business in Riverside, CA seeking reliable and motivated Full Time or Part\-Time Office \& Sales Assistants. This position is a great fit for college students looking for flexible hours and hands\-on experience in office operations and sales support.
Duties
- Answer phones and respond to emails in a professional manner
- Assist with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow\-ups
- Support the sales team with administrative and customer\-related tasks
- Maintain accurate customer and order records
- Perform data entry, filing, and general office duties
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in basic office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Dependable, detail\-oriented, and a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
- Previous office, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
- Ability to multitask effectively in a lively environment
- Fluency in two or more languages is preferred
